VIRGINIA L. RAMEY

Funeral services for Virginia L. Ramey 80 of Elkhart, will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Sunset Christian Church with Dr. Vance Drum officiating. Burial will follow in Muse Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster.

Mrs. Ramey passed away Thursday at the David E. Foster Hospice Unit/PRMC. She was born November 10, 1931 in Eagle Lake to Virgil and Lola Hastings Willis. She was a member of Sunset Christian Church and a homemaker.

Mrs. Ramey was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leonel Ramey and sister Viola Abbott. She is survived by sisters Marie Willis of Richmond, Velma Stewart of Sugarland and Joyce Nigh of Hempstead, brothers R.V. Willis of Lake Jackson and Johnny Willis of Colorado and many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Michael Nigh, Russell Nigh, Terry Leblanc, Kelly Evans and Gerald Sheffield.

Condolence calls will be received 1 hour prior to services at Sunset Christian Church.
