Kudos to ETMC – Crockett

We would like to take this opportunity to commend the physical therapy and emergency room staff for the fine service we have received at this facility.

After recent knee replacement surgery in Houston I was referred to ETMC for my physical therapy. The staff of therapists, Cheryl Ellisor, Patsy North and Mary White were the most efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable ones I have ever met. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make my rehab so successful in a short period of time.

Also we have made several trips to the ER. The staff was always prompt to take care of our problems, very efficient and professional. Everyone, the nurses, technicians, and doctors were super. I don’t remember all the names but Dr. Ryan Cradeur was especially helpful.

The residents of Houston County are very fortunate to have this high quality of a hospital to serve our medical needs.
